Dr. Robert Glover, author of NO MORE MR NICE GUY: A Proven Plan For Getting What You Want in Love, Sex and life (Running Press, 2003), is an internationally recognized authority on the Nice Guy Syndrome.
Dr. Glover has worked with thousands of Nice Guys and their partners through therapy, groups, classes, and workshops. As a result of his work, Dr. Glover has watched countless Men transform from being passive, resentful victims to empowered, integrated males. Along with these personal changes have come similartransformations in these men’s professional careers and intimate relationships.
Dr. Glover is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington. He lives in Bellevue, WA and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, because he’s a badass like that.
Jordan Harbinger has always had an affinity for Social Influence, Interpersonal Dynamics and Social Engineering, helping private companies test the security of their communications systems and working with law enforcement agencies before he was even old enough to drive.
Jordan has spent several years abroad in Europe and the developing world, including South America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East, and speaks several languages. He has also worked for various governments and NGOs overseas, traveled through war-zones and been kidnapped -twice. He’ll tell you; the only reason he’s still alive and kicking is because of his ability to talk his way into (and out of), just about any type of situation. Here at The Art of Charm, Jordan shares that experience, and the system borne as a result, with students and clients.
Man- I’ve listened to almost all the podcasts but this is my favorite. This spelled me out to a “T” including the divorce, anger, family, etc. A COMPLETE eye opener and alerted me to a current relationship that could go the same way. Not to mention being stuck in middle management. I wish i knew this 40 years ago when I was 5. Today is the 1st day of the rest of my life. Cheers to Jordan.
This is something I kinda learned but I have to go to the next level.
One thing this shows to me: I have had my best connections and hookups with women when I was in a state of zen, often wasted, and been real. Also, when I actually ask women to sleep with me I am batting about .650. And there is never the put down I deep down feel will happen. This is awesome! I can’t wait for June’s gathering in NYC.
