Project Rockstar: First 21 Days

Three weeks ago six strapping young men descended on London with a thirst for adventure, women, and nothing short of a full-life transformation. Not knowing exactly what to expect, other than the fact that we’d be spending day-in and day-out with some of the world’s greatest pick-up artists and socially dynamic luminaries, we arrived wide-eyed, open-minded, and ready to grow. The brain-child of Mr. M, lead instructor for Love Systems, Project Rockstar’s goal is to be Game 2.0, the evolution of pure pick-up to include all three essential life pillars: Health, Wealth and Relationships.

When we all arrived at Mr. M’s on Day 1, and the all-star cast of instructors descended upon us I couldn’t help but feel like I just got drafted into the player Marines and our drill sergeants where sizing up the fresh meat.

Here’s the cast of characters:

“¢ Black Swan:  An American hedge fund intern who read the 4-Hour Workweek and convinced his boss to let him work abroad for two months

“¢ Optimistic:   An upbeat Brit with a friendly smile and soon-to-be globetrotter.

“¢ Prize Fighter:   Accountant by day, prizefighter by night. Watch out.

“¢ Paladin:   A progressive-trance DJ who speaks Japanese and knows every PUA in the UK (almost)

“¢ Keychain:  Guitar-slinging rocker with a knack for personable conversation

“¢ Starlight:  Adventure loving, investment banking entrepreneur with creative writing aspirations and wanderlust.

For the first week everything was new. Meeting a new instructor everyday for our 6-night per week sarge schedule was a full immersion course in everyone’s game. Everyone got a body-composition analysis, new diet, and exercise program from London Hunk. I opted to do what seemed like the simple thing, and had him order me 7 weeks of protein powders, supplements, and energy bars, which is now 90% of my diet.

On Tuesdays we head out with 5.0 who is like a ninja the way he pops up after every set I run, outlining specific body language to focus on and ways to engage the set while focusing on building attraction with the target.

Wednesday nights we head out with Daxx, a shockingly good looking natural who is a staple on the London social scene. When we’re out, he is pinging girls left and right leaving open loops to follow up on throughout the night. Thursdays we hit the salsa clubs with Vercetti who is instilling in us a passion for Latin dance, emphasizing that we should lead women in our interactions just as we do on the dance floor. Fridays we hit the downtown clubs with London Hunk to learn high-energy club game and Saturdays is the Rockstar group sarge where all the instructors and Rockstars head out to terrorize the town!

On top of all this we hit the streets in the afternoons for day game, which has been relatively new to us all. London Soul gave us some great theory on direct game in the daytime and Dr Yen showed us how to be unbelievably forward and sexual in broad daylight”¦before pushing us into sets to learn the only way anyone can learn: By doing.

The first week was light on theory, heavy on in-field action. I know I personally opened over 100 sets in those first 7 days and it basically re-framed my reality by showing just what is possible when we suspend our limiting beliefs. The funny story that quickly circulated was Keychain and I opening two girls near Covent Garden, going on an instant date and winding up getting handjobs in a photo booth inside a video arcade! Optimistic found himself in a near-orgy with two Polish strippers and Black Swan learned not to mix protein powder with corn flakes and milk (hint: don’t ever try that).

In week two our camaraderie and bonding with the instructors made it seem like a month had already passed. Mr. M gave us some incredible theory lessons on Social Circle Mastery and Vercetti taught us about vocal projection and breathing exercises, which was especially useful cause I lost my voice two nights in a row sarging for five hours. The bar got raised on week two as the instructors had a good idea of our styles and sticking points so the focus shifted to overcoming those by running as many sets as possible where they could give feedback and show us about proper winging. 5.0 gave us a great debrief on winging and showed us how to properly occupy a girl/s so isolation and escalation could take place.

One of the focuses of Project Rockstar is to pursue a non-game related personal interest. For me it is creative adventure travel writing and setting up an internet-based business to provide passive income. I’ve been making headway on both fronts and soon everyone in the community will know about the business I’m getting ready to launch with some much appreciated help from Mr. M and Daxx!
We are tracking our health and fitness progress very closely.   In one week I lost 5 pounds and 1.1% body fat! Unreal, right? Optimistic gained muscle mass, Black Swan gained muscle and fat, and Prize Fighter got even more lean. We all agree that the supplements and exercise have made us sharper and more energetic, plus none of us are drinking alcohol as part of Project Rockstar (except for the occasional Guiness, which is surprisingly low-calorie). So all the bartenders must hate us for ordering five tap waters every night, ha!

Now week three is winding down and we have all made tremendous strides in our own way. With hundreds of approaches under each of our belts and hours of theory from the instructors, there is a ton of information to digest and act on. Being in the field constantly is the ideal way to integrate all the different styles and tips that we’re learning”¦plus going out with the instructors, any of them, makes you feel like a Rockstar wherever you are. I am amazed by how good these guys are. In fact it just seems effortless, as if they’ve internalized the years they’ve spent on their own game and it just flows naturally. Very inspiring to see and an irreplaceable piece of the Rockstar experience!

On the other hand, we are only just getting started. Coming up soon we’ll be leading our own mini-boot camp with guys that have applied through the forums as well as appearing in places you might not expect. Project Rockstar is a continually evolving social experiment that, so far, has exceeded all my expectations and garnered over 10,000 views across three forums (thanks for reading guys!!).

We’re not ones to rest on our laurels so stay tuned, it’s only going to get more interesting from here.
Game on,
~ Starlight ~
