What are sexual barriers?’
Sexual barriers is telling a woman something kinky you’d do to her, but then take it away—and not giving her the option for it to happen right now.
Put up a little speedbump, but not a complete barrier.
Example: “I want to kiss you right now, but everybody’s watching.”
Give her a way out, and a reason to pursue it.
How does SOI fit in with sexual barriers?
An SOI states where an interaction is going. Sexual Barriers gives a woman a chance to set the pace.

Classic Juggler opening (in a bookstore):

Then go into a normal conversation.
Don’t make the mistake of going up to her, saying “you’re cute,” and then pausing, expecting a reply. It makes you reaction-seeking.
Just go up and say “Hey, I want to know what you’re like.”
